After learning the many benefits that therapeutic massage has on our everyday life, I have this strong desire to help improve the health and well-being of others. Skilled with the knowledge of kinesiology and anatomy. Understanding muscle movement and the importance of muscle maintenance, to improve mobility and life longevity. Specializing in medical massage for conditions, prenatal massage, sports, arthritis, geriatric massage, Lymphatic drainage, post-traumatic stress and massage for cancer patient I built Relax and Relief Therapeutic with a desire to educate, and to see the patients/clients improvement, to see them transform.
